The high-altitude bulk assembly method refers to the approach of assembling small units or loose parts (single rods and individual nodes) directly at the designed position. There are two types of high-altitude bulk assembly methods: the full scaffold method (i.e., full scaffolding) and the cantilever method. The full scaffold method is mostly used for assembling loose parts, while the cantilever method is mainly used for assembling small units at high altitude. Since loose parts are assembled at height, large lifting equipment is not required, but due to the erection of large-scale assembly scaffolds, a large amount of scaffolding materials is needed.

1. High-altitude Bulk Assembly Method for Tile Pressing Machine

The high-altitude bulk assembly method refers to the method of assembling small units or scattered parts (single rods and individual nodes) directly at the designed position. There are two types of high-altitude bulk assembly methods: full scaffolding (i.e., full-frame scaffolding) and cantilever method. The full scaffolding method is mostly used for assembling scattered parts, while the cantilever method is mostly used for assembling small units at high altitude. Since scattered parts are assembled at high altitude, large lifting equipment is not required, but a large amount of scaffolding materials are needed due to the erection of large-scale assembly scaffolds.

2. Strip or Block Installation Method

The strip or block installation method refers to dividing the grid into strip-shaped or block-shaped units, which are separately lifted by lifting equipment to the designed high-altitude position and placed, then installed as a whole. Strip-shaped means dividing the grid along the long-span direction into several segments; the width of each segment for the color steel tile pressing machine can be from one grid to three grids, and its length is the span of the grid's short span. Block-shaped means the unit shape after dividing along the longitudinal and transverse directions of the grid is rectangular or square. The weight of each unit depends on the lifting capacity of the existing lifting equipment on site.

Most of the welding and splicing work in the strip or block installation method is done on the ground, which helps improve project quality and saves most of the assembly scaffolding. Since the division of units considers the capacity of the existing lifting equipment on site, it can fully utilize the existing equipment at the construction site and reduce the rental cost of lifting equipment.
