Indian Repeat Customer Visited Factory to Test Aerial Lifting Equipment

Our repeat Indian client came to our factory for a 3-day on-site inspection. He carefully checked the electrical control system and personally tested the performance of our crawler aerial lift, reaching the third order cooperation with us.
Recently, we welcomed a long-time Indian customer with whom we have cooperated many times. This is his third time purchasing equipment from us. On the day of his arrival, our business and technical teams accompanied the client, taking a group photo in front of our national high-tech enterprise factory. The neat and impressive standardized production workshop and the orderly factory environment immediately impressed the client, making him very satisfied with our production scale and management model.
During our on-site inspection over the past few days, the client paid exceptional attention to detail, focusing particularly on understanding the core electrical control components of the equipment. He personally opened the stainless steel electrical control cabinet, carefully examining the internal wiring layout, frequency converter, and various safety accessories. Considering the high-temperature outdoor construction environment in India, he engaged in detailed discussions with the engineers regarding practical issues such as voltage compatibility, wiring durability, and fault protection. Our technicians patiently explained the protective design of the entire electrical control system, addressing all of the client's concerns in the context of the local construction scenario.
To allow customers to directly observe the actual performance of the equipment, we conducted a full demonstration of the tracked aerial work platform's lifting process at an outdoor testing site. The long, telescopic boom lifted smoothly, elevating the spacious work platform to a great height, clearly showcasing the advantages of the tracked chassis, telescopic outriggers, and high lifting capacity. Customers observed multiple rounds of lifting tests, carefully noting the smoothness of the equipment's operation and the stability of the outrigger support, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the equipment's overall outdoor construction capabilities.
Watching the tests wasn't enough; the customer donned a safety helmet and stood on the aerial work platform with our technicians to experience it firsthand. They walked back and forth on the platform, personally testing its stability, handling, aerial visibility, and multiple safety features. The three-day on-site visit included a factory tour, inspection of core components, hands-on operation of the entire machine, and hands-on experience. After this comprehensive experience, the customer was highly impressed with the equipment's solid workmanship and stable performance, successfully finalizing this third batch of purchase orders.
